A police report stated that the collision occurred around 11:51 p.m. at East El Segundo Boulevard and South Willowbrook Avenue.

Authorities immediately responded where they discovered the 34-year-old victim, Elise K., had succumbed to her injuries.

After running into the victim, the vehicle’s driver did not stop and fled the scene.
