[12-05-2022] 64-Year-Old Pedestrian Fatally Struck by Pickup Near Shaw AvenueA pickup struck and killed a 64-year-old pedestrian in Fresno early Monday morning, December 5, 2022.

Authorities reported that the crash transpired around 5:00 a.m. near Shaw and Brawley avenues.

The truck was heading east on Shaw Avenue when the victim was struck while standing in the fast lanes.

The victim was transported to a hospital, and his condition has not been disclosed.

Authorities are still looking into the cause of the collision.
