[12-13-2022] Two Injured After Car Falls Into 800-Foot Slope on Angeles National Forest Road Two people were injured after a vehicle plunged down an 800-foot slope when it veered off an Angeles National Forest road on Tuesday afternoon, December 13, 2022.

According to reports, the crash occurred around 2:30 p.m. on North Angeles Forest Highway near mile marker 18.

Rescue helicopters carried the two injured people to safety and transported them to Huntington Memorial Hospital.

According to officials, they were conscious and alert.

Investigations on the crash are underway.
