[12-18-2022] Los Angeles County, CA – One Person Trapped in Two-Vehicle Collision in Santa Clarita

At least one person was trapped in a head-on collision between two vehicles in Santa Clarita on Sunday afternoon, December 18, 2022.

According to the Los Angeles County Fire Department, the crash occurred around 2:44 p.m. on Railroad Avenue and Drayton Street.

The Santa Clarita Sheriff’s deputies and Search & Rescue also responded to the crash, where one person was reportedly trapped.

It is currently unknown how many victims were injured and were taken by ambulance, as well as how they were doing.

The collision, which is now being looked into by the Newhall Station of the LA County Sheriff, obstructed the traffic lanes in the area.
