[08-25-2022] Unidentified Man Hospitalized After Two-Vehicle Collision in SacramentoA man is in the hospital after a two-vehicle collision involving an ambulance in Sacramento’s Oak Park neighborhood early Thursday morning, August 25, 2022.

The crash happened just before 2:00 a.m. on 14th Avenue and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.

There were at least two cars involved in the collision, the ambulance and a sedan, but it is unclear what caused the accident in the first place.

The force of the collision caused the ambulance to flip onto its side, and the front end of the sedan sustained significant damage.

According to the police, two paramedics were inside the ambulance, and neither one was injured in the collision.

The investigators are still trying to determine what caused the collision.
