[02-07-2023] One Injured in Baldwin Park Two-Vehicle CollisionOne person sustained injuries following a two-vehicle collision in Baldwin Park on Tuesday afternoon, February 07, 2023.

According to the Baldwin Park Police Department and Los Angeles County Fire Department, the crash occurred at about 4:30 p.m. at the Frazier Street and Francisquito Avenue intersection.

The circumstances leading to the collision are still being investigated, but a Honda and a red vehicle were involved, with one flipping over on its side.

No one was reportedly trapped inside the wreckage, but the Honda driver sustained minor injuries while the other driver was unharmed.

Authorities are looking further into the cause of the crash, including whether alcohol or drugs played a role.

Two-Vehicle Accident Statistics

It is estimated that in 2020, over 8,000 persons were killed or wounded in angle collisions involving two or more vehicles.
