[03-23-2023] One Person Killed, Another Injured After Two-Vehicle Crash in Serra MessaOne man was killed and another was injured after a two-vehicle collision in Serra Messa, San Diego, on Thursday afternoon, March 23, 2023.

The California Highway Patrol reported that the fatal crash occurred at about 12:30 p.m. near the Murray Ridge and Mission Center intersection.

According to the report, two unidentified vehicles collided for reasons still being investigated. It remains unknown whether speeding or intoxication played a role.

A 52-year-old man was declared dead at the scene by the responding fire officials and medical personnel. A second person was rushed to a nearby hospital with unspecified injuries.

Further information about this collision was not immediately available as the investigation is still being conducted. The victims’ identities were not yet released.
