One person was severely injured following a two-vehicle collision in Oceanside on Thursday afternoon, April 06, 2023.
The California Highway Patrol reported that the crash occurred around 2:46 p.m. on the Interstate 5 Freeway at Harbor Drive.
The crash involved a gray SUV and a silver 4D sedan that collided for reasons still under investigation. The impact sent the SUV to roll over.
The number of people involved is unknown, but one individual sustained major injuries and was attended to by emergency personnel and medics.
To facilitate an on-site investigation, authorities restricted lanes 3 and 4 of the highway.
There was no additional information given about this collision.
The investigation by the authorities is still ongoing.
