What to Do After a Car Accident

If you or a loved one are involved in a car accident, you should contact the police immediately. Don’t make any assumptions when the police or insurance company asks for information; be as specific as possible. The impulse to apologize may persist, even for those who have suffered no wrongdoing. If a claimant acts in such a way, the insurance company may choose not to pay out. As a result, you shouldn’t behave like that.

If you ask for it, the appropriate authorities must give you a complete copy of the report. This page also features a short online form for your convenience. Without these data, we have no place to start looking into your claim. We promise to provide you with our undivided attention and professional guidance throughout the first session, which is completely free of charge.
