What to Do After a Car Accident
You or a loved one must immediately seek medical attention if you or they have been injured in a car crash. When corresponding with authorities or insurance companies, provide only the facts and avoid making any assumptions. Victims may feel obligated to apologize even if they were not at fault. Such actions could lead to a claim being denied by an insurer.
