[04-09-2023] Los Angeles County, CA – Two-Vehicle Collision Resulted in One Death, Another Injured in Pomona

A two-vehicle collision resulted in one death and another one injured in Pomona early Sunday morning, April 09, 2023.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal collision happened around 1:51 a.m. along the westbound 60 Freeway’s Garey Avenue off-ramp.

Two drivers were trapped after colliding with one another. One driver was identified as a 26-year-old named Angel C., who later died at the scene.

The other driver sustained severe injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital.

All westbound lanes were closed off to give way for the investigation.
