[04-11-2023] San Bernardino County, CA – Two Drivers and Dog Killed After Head-On Crash in Redlands

A head-on collision killed two people and a dog in Redlands, San Bernardino County, on Tuesday night, April 9, 2023.

The Redlands Police Department reported that the crash involving a 2006 Acura Integra and a 2022 Ford Bronco was reported just before 8:00 p.m. in the 25500 block of San Timoteo Canyon Road.

According to the Bronco’s driver, the Integra crossed over the double yellow line and struck his car as he traveled west on San Timoteo Canyon Road.

Redlands Police said they found the SUV driver giving the sedan driver CPR. The woman was given emergency treatment by paramedics as soon as they arrived but was declared dead at the scene.

While being taken to the hospital, another male passenger in the sedan was also declared dead.

Two dogs were discovered inside the vehicle; one was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other was taken to an animal hospital with only minor injuries.

The Bronco driver was given medical treatment at the scene but chose not to be sent to the hospital, authorities reported.
