Maria V., a 74-year-old elderly pedestrian, was identified as a victim in a fatal pedestrian accident in Echo Park, Los Angeles, on Monday afternoon, May 22, 2023.

According to the local authorities, the incident occurred around 1:00 p.m. at Cross Street and Glendale Boulevard.

The report states that Valdiva was struck by a vehicle while crossing the street at the intersection of Cross Street and Glendale Boulevard in Echo Park. The impact resulted in severe head injuries, ultimately leading to her passing several days after the accident.
