[06-08-2023] Contra Costa County, CA – Two People Trapped Following Multi-Vehicle Collision in Pittsburg

Two people were trapped following a multi-vehicle collision in Pittsburg early Thursday morning, June 08, 2023.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened around 6:20 a.m. at the Loveridge Road exit.

Three vehicles were involved in the collision. Two people were found trapped inside an overturned vehicle.

Both victims’ current condition is still unknown, while the number of people involved and the extent of injuries have yet to be determined.

All westbound lanes of Highway 4 were temporarily closed.
