The California Highway Patrol started receiving reports regarding the incident at the intersection of Third Avenue and Coombsville Road at 3:13 p.m.

According to the report, the Honda carrying five occupants collided with a utility pole.

One person with significant injuries was airlifted to Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital, while three others were transported by ambulance to Queen of the Valley Medical Center.

Motorists were advised to avoid the Third-Coombsville intersection while officers continued investigating at the scene.
