A man was killed after a motorcycle vs. vehicle collision in Lancaster on Thursday afternoon, November 23, 2023.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department responded to the crash at 3:40 p.m. at the intersection of 20th Street East and Lancaster Boulevard.

A male Kawasaki rider collided with a female Ford Explorer driver upon entering the intersection at the same time. The rider attempted to avoid the crash but was unable to do so, leading to his death on the scene.

No visible injuries were reported for the Ford driver. A speeding violation, alcohol, or drugs do not appear to have played a role in the crash.
