A pedestrian was struck and killed in a suspected hit-and-run crash on the northbound 215 Freeway at Barton Road in Grand Terrace on Thursday morning, May 8, 2025.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident occurred shortly before 5:00 a.m. in the northbound lanes. Authorities said several lanes were closed following the collision.
