According to a witness, the crash occurred around 6:30 p.m. on Highway 41 near the 128B Mendota exit onto Highway 180.
An SUV traveling at a high rate of speed collided with a white sedan, which then struck a white pickup. At least three ambulances responded to the scene. Images from the crash show the sedanโs rear severely damaged and the SUVโs front damaged. The condition of the hospitalized individual has not been released.
Authorities continue to investigate the incident.
