[10-08-2026] San Bernardino County, CA – Pedestrian Seriously Injured After Being Struck by Pickup Truck in Victorville

A female pedestrian suffered serious injuries after being struck by a pickup truck in Victorville on Thursday night, October 8, 2026.

The incident occurred at around 10:10 p.m. on Seventh Avenue near Bear Valley Road.

According to San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department spokesperson Gloria Orejel, the pedestrian sustained serious injuries and was transported to a hospital for treatment.

The pickup truck driver, who was the vehicle’s sole occupant, was not injured. Authorities said the driver remained at the scene and cooperated with deputies.

Authorities continue to investigate the cause of the incident.
