[04-29-2022] Orange County, CA – One Person Hurt After a Two-Vehicle Crash in Irvine

One unidentified woman was injured following a two-vehicle car crash in Irvine on early Friday morning, April 29, 2022.

The crash took place in the area of Barranca Parkway and Jamboree Road in Irvine at approximately 12:12 a.m.

A four-door sedan and a light gray sedan collided on the roadway for unclear reasons. The circumstances leading up to the crash have not been established.

One woman was trapped inside the gray sedan and had to be extricated by emergency crews from the wreckage.

The woman was rushed to an area hospital for treatment. Her identity and her condition have not been disclosed.

Another person was injured, but they declined medical treatment. Information about the collision is limited at the moment. An active investigation is currently underway.
