[05-29-2022] Fresno County, CA - One Man Killed in Fatal Pedestrian Crash on Highway 180 and BlackstoneA pedestrian was struck and killed by a truck while attempting to cross a road in Fresno on Sunday morning, May 29, 2022.

The fatal crash occurred just after 11:00 a.m. near Highway 180 and Blackstone.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the pedestrian, a man in his early thirties, was running from the north shoulder to the center divider.

He was hit by a truck in the Number 2 lane at that point.

The man was taken to Community Regional Medical Center (CRMC), but he died shortly afterwards.

There are no other details available.

The crash remains under investigation.
