One unidentified man was killed following a deadly crash involving a suspected hit-and-run driver in South Sacramento on early Monday morning, June 13, 2022.
According to the initial reports from local authorities, the deadly hit-and-run crash happened along Florin Road.
The California Highway Patrol received a call from a concerned passerby about a body in the middle of the road.
Authorities then arrived at the scene and found the man lying on the roadway. Unfortunately, the man was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities suspect that he may have been a victim of a hit-and-run accident.
