Sacramento County Car Accident Lawyers

Legal negligence is used in the majority of auto accident cases. However, in a reckless driving accident, your California reckless driving accident attorney will work to establish intentional behavior or “negligence per se” in order to show that the other driver was at fault. Intentional behavior, such as driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, is voluntary and carries a higher risk of certain consequences.

Since reckless driving is against the California Vehicle Code and negligence per se involves breaking the law, an injured pedestrian, passenger, or other road user may be able to prove negligence per se liability. In either case, having a strong claim necessitates the training and expertise of an aggressive California reckless driving accident attorney.
