According to the Los Angeles County Fire Department, a two-vehicle crash injured several people on Southbound 14 Freeway Friday, July 1, 2022.
According to Amanda Morales, spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Fire Department, the crash occurred around 10:10 a.m. on the southbound 14 Freeway just north of the 5 Freeway in Newhall.
Morale confirmed that it was a two-vehicle crash once the responder arrived.
According to the officials, at least five patients were transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
Traffic was briefly impacted as crews cleared the wreckage, according to officials.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
