[07-03-2022] Riverside County, CA – 56-Year-Old Dead, Another Injured in Fatal DUI Two-Vehicle Collision in Palm Springs

According to the police, a drunk driver caused a crash that killed one person and injured another in Palm Springs early Sunday morning, July 3, 2022.

According to authorities, the crash occurred around 1:30 a.m. on Highway 111 north of Gateway Drive in Palm Springs.

According to the police, Austin J. rear-ended another vehicle quickly. The other car’s passenger, Gardena resident Gabriel M., 56, was killed in the collision.

The other car’s 55-year-old female driver was transported to the hospital with minor wounds.

Jackson of Whitewater was also accused of driving while intoxicated and seriously injuring someone.

The charges come with additions like violent behavior and serving a concurrent sentence for another crime.
