The collision occurred around 8:57 p.m. at 15th Street East and Avenue I.

According to the local authorities, they found that two vehicles had collided, inflicting severe injuries on both sets of passengers.

Local authorities took three patients with unspecified injuries to Antelope Valley Medical Center.

Meanwhile, the baby was being carried in an ambulance chair. It is unclear whether the infant sustained injuries.

Lancaster Deputies are still looking into what caused the collision.
