Michelle Rapoport is a managing attorney at Arash Law, focusing on representing employees. She leverages her diverse background to provide legal support for those facing workplace injustices. From inception through trial, she is an experienced advocate seeking justice for her clients by conducting thorough investigations, engaging in strategic negotiations, and effectively representing their interests in court.

With years of experience in employment law, Michelle brings extensive knowledge and insight to her practice. After her career representing employers, Michelle now advocates for workers' rights, applying her experience in employment law to help employees.

During her time as a partner at a global employment defense firm, she skillfully handled a wide array of employment law cases, including individual plaintiff lawsuits and complex class action litigation. Her experience as a defense attorney provided her with practical insights into the strategies and tactics used by employers in litigation. 

This direct experience with the defense perspective enhances her ability to anticipate opposing arguments, identify weaknesses in the defense’s case, and develop legal strategies for her clients. Her familiarity with both sides of employment disputes allows her to navigate employment litigation effectively.

In addition, Michelle served as an in-house attorney and general counsel, where she was responsible for ensuring corporate compliance with employment regulations. This role provided her with a broad perspective of the internal dynamics and regulatory challenges faced by companies, which helped shape her detailed approach to representing her clients. This experience allows her to provide strategic advice that is both legal and pragmatically grounded in corporate realities.

After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of California — Berkeley, Michelle pursued a Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law, establishing the foundation for her legal career.
