What Should I Do After an Accident?
Following a car accident, immediately call the authorities for help. When communicating with law enforcement and the insurance company, it is essential to be as factual as possible and avoid making assumptions. Victims often apologize for wrongs they did not commit. These may serve as grounds for insurance company’s denial of claim.
