An unidentified person was seriously hurt after a major bicycle crash in San Jose on Sunday night, February 27, 2022.
The accident occurred at approximately 8:05 p.m. in the area of Santa Teresa Boulevard and Avenida Espana.
An unspecified vehicle collided with the bicyclist under unclear circumstances. How the accident occurred and why it happened have not been established.
The involved driver remained at the scene and willingly cooperated with authorities. He was uninjured in the mishap.
The bicycle rider was seriously injured in the mishap and was rushed to an area hospital for treatment. The identities of the involved parties have not been disclosed.
