A passenger was killed, and a driver was seriously injured after a car slammed into a duplex in Watts early Saturday morning, April 16.
A video footage shows that the crash occurred around 4:30 a.m. on the corner of Wilmington Avenue and Century Boulevard.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the car speeding through the intersection looked like a flash of light because the driver was traveling down Wilmington Avenue on the wrong side of the road.
The car then flew into the duplex after jumping the curb on Century Boulevard.

According to the LAPD, the driver was rushed to the hospital in critical condition.
