At least three people were hurt following a two-vehicle crash in Temecula on Wednesday afternoon, April 27, 2022.
The head-on collision occurred on Joseph and Nicholas Roads in Temecula at approximately 3:50 p.m.
Two unspecified vehicles collided head-on for unclear reasons. The circumstances leading up to the crash have not been established.
Several people were trapped inside both vehicles. They were extricated by emergency personnel from the wreckage.
Three people sustained moderate to major injuries. They were taken to a local trauma center by a land ambulance.
An active investigation of the case is currently underway.
