[05-01-2022] San Bernardino County, CA – Pedestrian Struck and Injured By Vehicle on Hwy 395

A male pedestrian was airlifted to a hospital after being hit by a vehicle on Highway 395 Sunday afternoon, May 1, 2022.

[05-01-2022] San Bernardino County, CA - Pedestrian Struck and Injured By Vehicle on Hwy 395According to the Victorville Fire Department the collision happened at 3:10 p.m. on Hwy 395, south of Palmdale Road.

Firefighters requested a medical helicopter to transport the driver to a local trauma center.

Mercy Air 22 landed near the scene to transport the pedestrian to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in unknown condition.

The motorist in the black BMW 3 Series sedan involved in the incident remained on scene and was cooperating with the investigators.

No further details have been provided at this time.

The crash remains under investigation by the Victorville Police Department.
