One person died in a two-vehicle crash in Hacienda Heights, Los Angeles County, on Monday morning, May 1, 2023.

California Highway Patrol said the incident occurred at 1:47 a.m. at Colima Road and Camino Del Sur.

As per the report, two vehicles were part of the accident, and one crashed into a traffic signal, resulting in a fire that caused the death of one individual at the location of the incident.
