San Diego County Motorcycle Accident Lawyers

The insurance company is not on your side when it comes to serious and life-threatening injuries that motorcycle accidents can cause. Compensation earned from motorcycle accidents is meant to restore motorcyclists to their state before the collision occurred.

Compensation covers all medical expenses, lost wages, and future medical expenses resulting from the accident. A personal caregiver, lifetime transportation costs, and other costs associated with disability management may be included in compensation when the injuries are severe enough.

Pain, suffering, and mental burden are all included in motorcycle accident settlements. It’s impossible for compensation to remove the pain, but it can help alleviate it by improving the quality of life for the injured person.
