Rather than hiring a lawyer, some people prefer to handle personal injury claims independently. However, it is critical to be aware of the potential dangers. Injury victims who do not have legal representation receive lower settlements than those who do.

Multiple-vehicle collisions are more difficult to resolve than collisions involving only two vehicles. Victims may find it difficult to deal with a multi-vehicle crash lawsuit because of the pain and suffering they have experienced since the accident.
