[05-26-2023] San Bernardino County, CA – Three People Injured, One Severely, After Multi-Vehicle Collision in Fontana

Three people were hospitalized, including one severely injured, after a multi-vehicle collision in Fontana on Monday evening, May 26, 2023.

The Fontana Police Department said the incident occurred around 9:13 p.m. at Foothill Boulevard and Citrus Avenue.

According to the report, a four-vehicle collision in Fontana led to the driver of one vehicle needing CPR and being taken to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in critical condition. Furthermore, two passengers from different cars were transported to a local hospital after experiencing pain.

The investigation is ongoing with the help of the Fontana Police Department’s Major Accident Investigation Team (M.A.I.T.).
