[06-05-2023] Shasta County, CA – Driver Killed After Reckless DUI Two-Vehicle Collision in Anderson

A driver was killed after a reckless DUI two-vehicle collision in Anderson on Monday morning, June 05, 2023.

According to the Anderson Police Department, the fatal collision happened around 9:30 a.m. between Highway 273 and Pinion Avenue.

Reports say that a 31-year-old truck driver named Andrew M. was chasing after a motorcyclist following a road-rage incident between the two.

Both drivers were speeding and beating the red light, but when the motorcyclist halted on Highway 273, Millner failed to stop and struck another driver.

The undisclosed driver was immediately transported to a nearby hospital but later died. Millner was arrested for DUI, reckless driving, drug possession, and murder.
