A 60-year-old Perris woman motorist was killed in a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 215 in Riverside Wednesday, June 15, 2022.
According to the Riverside County Coroner’s Office, the two-vehicle collision transpired at about 8:00 a.m. northbound I-215, just south of Spruce Street.
Stefanie B., a 60-year-old woman, was one of the crash victims.
Beltran was in a sedan when it collided with a pickup truck in the fast lane, according to the California Highway Patrol, though the circumstances were unclear.
Riverside Fire Department paramedics pronounced the victim dead on the scene.
The other driver, whose identity was not revealed, was unharmed.
CHP officers closed two northbound lanes for more than four hours while conducting a preliminary investigation and clearing the wreckage.
The investigation is ongoing, and anyone with information was asked to contact the CHP’s Riverside office at 951-637-8000.
