[06-20-2023] Four People Injured, Two in Critical Condition, Following Hit-and-Run Crash in South LAFour people were injured, including a 17-year-old and a 5-year-old, in a hit-and-run crash involving three cars in South Los Angeles on Tuesday evening, June 20, 2023.

The Los Angeles Fire Department received a report about a crash on the 9500 block of Main Street around 7:45 p.m.

According to Margaret S. of the LAFD, the woman was driving westbound on Colden Avenue when a gray Infiniti traveling northbound on Main Street ran a red light and crashed into the vehicle.

The driver of the gray Infinity and two of its passengers ran away, leaving a 31-year-old woman and a 14-year-old girl with serious injuries and a 17-year-old girl and a 5-year-old girl in critical condition. All of them were taken to the hospital.

Officials found evidence suggesting the driver was under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
