[07-15-2023] Sacramento County, CA – Hit-and-Run Incident Leaves One Dead, Another Injured in Rancho Cordova

One person was killed and another man was injured after a hit-and-run accident in Rancho Cordova on Saturday evening, July 15, 2023.

The local authorities received a report about the hit-and-run incident near Sunrise and Folsom boulevards at approximately 9:50 p.m.

Deputies responding to the scene discovered an unresponsive man, and while administering life-saving measures, they also came across a second male victim. Tragically, the unresponsive individual passed away at the scene, while the second man is expected to recover.
