According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the incident occurred on Corbin Avenue, near Winnetka Street, around 11:00 p.m.

The driver reportedly crashed into two unoccupied vehicles and fled the scene, leaving a trapped passenger behind.

Police officers had to saw off the vehicle’s door to rescue the passenger, who sustained minor injuries and was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
