[07-21-2023] Fresno County, CA – 29-Year-Old Man Died After Being Struck by Hit-and-Run Vehicle on Dudley Avenue

A 29-year-old man was killed after being struck by a hit-and-run car in Fresno County on Friday evening, July 21, 2023.

The California Highway Patrol stated that the incident occurred at approximately 10:30 p.m. on Dudley Avenue, east of Valentine Avenue.

According to the authorities, an unidentified vehicle was traveling westbound on Dudley Avenue before it struck and killed the man.

The driver fled the scene. CHP officers said it was unclear if alcohol or drugs were a factor.

Evidence gathered at the scene indicates that the vehicle involved in the incident is likely a 2017-2019 Chevrolet Trax.
