[07-25-2023] Motorcyclist Airlifted to Hospital After Colliding with Vehicle on Seventh Street in VictorvilleA motorcyclist was injured after a collision with a Toyota in Victorville on Tuesday afternoon, July 25, 2023.

The Victorville City Fire Department promptly responded to the scene around 4:10 p.m. on Seventh Street, between Plaza Drive and Desert Knoll Drive, across the Bank of America branch.

The report said the crash involved a black and yellow Harley Davidson motorcycle and a gray older model Toyota Camry. Another vehicle was in the middle of the roadway but showed no visible damage.

An airship was requested to transport the injured rider to Victor Valley Global Medical Center. From there, the motorcyclist was airlifted to a trauma center outside the immediate area. The extent of the rider’s injuries is currently unknown.

The driver of the Toyota Camry stayed at the scene and cooperated with the police investigation.

The VPD is currently investigating the cause of the accident.
