[08-23-2023] Fresno County, CA – 1 Motorist Killed Following Car Vs. Semi-Truck Collision Near San Joaquin

A motorist was killed after a car vs. semi-truck collision near San Joaquin on Wednesday evening, August 23, 2023.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident occurred on Manning and Adams Avenues around 9:30 p.m.

It was reported that a semi-truck hauling grapes crashed into a car. However, pending an investigation, it could not be determined what caused the crash.

The car driver was transported to a local hospital via airlift, where they succumbed to their injuries. The truck driver was uninjured in the collision.
