An unidentified pedestrian died after a hit-and-run accident on Highway 13 early Wednesday morning, August 24, 2022.
The fatal collision occurred north of the Redwood Road exit in the highway’s southbound lanes at 3:35 a.m.
After 6:30 in the morning, the CHP was still on the scene gathering information.
The CHP reported that there was only one vehicle involved in the collision.
It is anticipated the agency will provide more details later on Wednesday.
