One child passed away, while four others, including three children and one female adult, sustained severe injuries after a head-on collision in Kettleman City on Sunday evening, September 11, 2022.
According to the California Highway Patrol reports, the collision occurred around 7 p.m. near Quebec Avenue, north of Kettleman City.
The driver of a white sedan attempted to pass several vehicles when he miscalculated his space and collided head-on with a van.
Unfortunately, the driver of the sedan died on the spot.
