[09-14-2022] Sacramento County, CA – Pedestrian Extricated Under The Bus After Collision in North Highlands

According to the authorities, a pedestrian was injured and needed to be pulled from under a Sacramento RT bus after a collision in North Highlands Wednesday, September 14, 2022.

The collision occurred early Wednesday morning along Orange Grove Avenue, west of Watt Avenue.

It is not entirely clear what caused the collision; however, Metro Fire of Sacramento crews was required to free a pedestrian trapped underneath the bus after it occurred.

An ambulance transported the victim to the hospital after the incident. There was no information provided about their current state.

It is still unclear what caused the collision, according to investigators.
