[09-16-2022] Sacramento County, CA – Six People Injured Following a Car Accident in Rio Linda

According to the Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District, six people were injured in a car accident in Rio Linda on Friday night, September 16, 2022.

The collision occurred around 9:46 p.m. on Dry Creek Road and Elkhorn Boulevard.

One of the victims became trapped in a car and had to be freed.

The injured were treated and transported to the hospital. The extent of their injuries is unknown.

The California Highway Patrol will investigate the crash.
