[09-15-2022] Big Rig Crash in San Ramon Caused Heavy TrafficAccording to authorities, two people died in a collision involving two vehicles in Wilmington on Thursday night, September 22, 2022.

The collision happened around 8:15 p.m. at the intersection of Avalon and Lomita Boulevards.

A vehicle that had been on fire had been put out by the time Los Angeles fire crews arrived, but one person had died.

The Los Angeles Fire Department attempted to rescue a second passenger, but they discovered that they had also passed away from their wounds.

Flames can be seen coming from a vehicle in a video shared on the Citizen app before numerous firefighters and police officers arrive on the scene.

Local authorities are still investigating the crash.
