[10-06-2026] Napa County, CA – Two Suffer Major Injuries in Head-On Crash on Highway 29

Two people suffered major injuries in a head-on collision on Highway 29 between Calistoga and St. Helena in Napa County on Tuesday morning, October 6, 2026.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash was reported shortly after 7:30 a.m. at Highway 29 and Bale Lane and involved a Chevrolet Silverado and a green four-door sedan.

Two people suffered major injuries. Cal Fire said one was airlifted to a hospital, while the other was transported by ambulance. A third person was evaluated at the scene for minor injuries.

CHP continues to investigate the collision.
